Q: Are you really a Veteran + Family Owned Company?
A: Yes. Absolutely. I mean... totally! Our Co-Founder, Jacob, has served in the U.S. Navy as a Seabee since he graduated from high school, and has gone on 2 deployments to date. Despite building this business, he will continue to serve until he's put in 20 years. Then, he will retire from the Navy. His wife, high school sweetheart, and our other Co-Founder, Lana, has been along for the entire journey.

Q: Are your products actually Made in America?
A: Most of them, absolutely. Being a veteran owned company, creating jobs in the USA was super important, which is why we chose to work with suppliers based in the USA.
That being said, we'll share some details we want to share with you. The majority of our products are produced to order from the US. However, some pieces of these products are sourced from China. Let's use our coffee mugs for example. No one wants to pay fortune for a coffee mug. The coffee mugs are purchased in bulk from China, our graphic designer creates the design, the manufacturer prints the designs on the mugs, and ships them from a US warehouse to your doorstep.
Q: What types of payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept any major credit card. All payments are done on a secure page and we do not store your card details or share your information with any third parties. We also accept Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.
Q: Can I pay with another currency?
A: All our prices are in USD [$ US DOLLARS] but you can pay in any currency. Your Bank will deduct the amount equal to your order-total, all automatically. We have a built-in currency converter on the site, but this is a guide only; you need to check with your preferred payment method for the exact rates, as these change.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes. There may be small exceptions, but you should be able to find out if we ship to your location at checkout when you type in your address.
If you live at an APO, FPO, or DPO address, those are not considered "international". All order should ship with USPS. Please contact us first if your address is APO, FPO, or DPO.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: No. All items are made-to-order and we do not carry any inventory for any particular item. If you've placed an order and want to modify it within 24 hours, please use our live chat in the bottom of this page and we'll do our best to help you.
Q: I have not received my order – Where is it?
A: It takes 1-3 business to make your order (we don't keep inventory). It may take up to 5 days around major holidays. After your order has been made, it will ship out. The shipping time will be dependant on the option you chose at checkout. Also, if you've received a tracking number, please check that tracking number before contacting our support. If you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Q: How do I make a return or exchange?
A: We don't accept any returns or exchanges at this time. All products are made to order. However, if there are any defects with your purchase, we will gladly replace them at no additional cost. Please provide an image for proof when contacting support.
